Cependant, il existe d&rsquo;autres types de configurations pour les drones. Les plus classiques sont les voilures fixes comme un avion conventionnel, et les voilures tournantes, un rotor principal et un rotor de queue. Des concepts plus extravagants commencent aussi \u00e0 faire leur apparition. Le Flexrotor (Aerovel), le V-Bat (Martin UAV) et le GL-10 (NASA) sont des hybrides permettant le d\u00e9collage\u00a0et l&rsquo;atterrissage \u00e0 la verticale comme un h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re et le vol \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizontale comme un avion.
