SI 623-001
The Staff Instruction No. 623-001 is a document published for Transport Canada inspectors that guides them in the review and processing of an application for Special Flight Operations Certificate (SFOC) of a drone. However, this document was made available to the public so that applicants can make more complete and structured applications.
The SI 623-001 details the information required by article 603.97 of the CARs and clarifies some of Transport Canada’s expectations towards UAV operations.
